Job summary

Central Carolina Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient services in rural North Carolina. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions across acute, inpatient, and outpatient settings while collaborating with the care team.

The role offers a $15,000 sign-on/commitment bonus, flexible schedule (Mon–Fri, 8 or 10 hour shifts; weekends as needed) and comprehensive benefits including education support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy preferred
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services across acute care, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
