Confluence Health in Washington state seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to diagnose and treat patients with musculoskeletal or neurological impairments. The role requires evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapies with discharge planning as appropriate.

The position reports to Rehab Services Manager and emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient safety, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and therapists in a dynamic rehabilitation setting.

Formación

• Must hold WA State PT license by start date.
• One year outpatient PT experience is desired.
• Strong ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapy staff.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial evaluation and establish plan of care.
• Apply evidence-based interventions and adjust plan as patient progresses.
• Document clinical care and maintain patient safety and privacy.
• Educate patients and caregivers; supervise PT assistants and aides.
• Collaborate with care teams including discharge planning for inpatient settings.
• Screen for referrals to other disciplines and maintain BLS certification.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and adhere to Code of Conduct in all tasks.
