Job summary

ProActive Physical Therapy Centers in the United States seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and implement personalized rehab programs for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions. You will work with patients to restore strength, mobility, and function, and collaborate with a team of professionals.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, a TX license, and has strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Active TX state license as Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on rehab strategies and home programs.
• Document progress and treatment plans accurately per clinic policy.
