Condor Spine and Orthopaedics in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. This full-time role focuses on rehabilitation and recovery programs that enhance mobility and overall well-being, evaluating patient conditions and developing customized treatment plans.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists, document all patient care in the electronic health record, manage scheduling, and contribute to quality improvement

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Florida licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and rehab principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families.
• Proficient in documentation and electronic health record systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate findings and goals to patients and families.
• Implement tailored rehabilitation protocols and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care.
• Document care activities, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Manage patient schedules and maintain productivity within clinic guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance efforts.
• Pursue ongoing education to stay current with therapy techniques.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and supportive patient experience.
