Qualifications

• Must hold a PT degree from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible state PT license required.
• New graduates welcome; outpatient experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life.
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain a positive, clean, and professional clinic environment reflecting H2 Health’s culture of excellence.
