Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida licensure for Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment plans to patients and families.
• Implement and modify treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments and patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient interactions, including evaluations, plans, notes, and discharge planning.
