MEDIQ Physical Therapy is hiring for an Outpatient Physical Therapist job in Cary, NC, and we're looking for a PT, MSPT, or DPT who wants to treat patients with the time and attention that personalized care takes. This is a full-time role at a practice whose mission is to help people move better, restore confidence, and live fuller lives, and where the people delivering that care are supported just as deliberately. You'll join a team that puts people first, patients and colleagues alike.
MEDIQ was founded on military-rooted values of service, integrity, and responsibility, and we're committed to expanding access to physical therapy and making a lasting difference in the communities we serve. In practice, that means one-on-one care, detailed care plans, and the independent judgment to combine treatments in the way that works best for each person in front of you. You'll also work closely with multidisciplinary teams and referral providers, and you'll evaluate and report on patient progress, which is how a treatment plan becomes a success story.
We believe meaningful relationships with our patients and with one another are the foundation of exceptional care. That belief shapes how we run the clinic: we want every team member to feel seen, heard, and supported, and we would rather build a company that grows with its people than one that asks people to fit around it. Our mission ties both sides together: personalized, one-on-one care for patients, and a workplace where every team member has the support and space to develop their skills, pursue their interests, and build a rewarding career.
We invest in our clinicians through hands-on mentorship, continuing education, opportunities for advancement, and technology that reduces administrative burden. For documentation, we use PromptHealth and PredictionHealth AI to cut down on admin work and maximize your time with patients. If you have a specific passion or interest you want to learn more about, we're here to help you pursue it, with in-services and continuing education reimbursement, because we invest heavily in those we bring on board.
Your caseload will reflect three main types of patients: general orthopedic patients, including post-surgical, chronic pain, and acute injury cases; balance patients, including geriatric fall prevention and vestibular cases; and sports and aquatic therapy patients, such as runners, active and retired military, weekend warriors, and high school or collegiate athletes. It's a varied mix, and it gives you room to build skills in the areas that interest you most, supported by a culture of learning that includes in-house courses.
Compensation:If you're looking for one-on-one patient care and a company that grows with its people, we'd love to hear from you. Our commitment is to put people first, and that includes the people who join our team.
