Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current state license or eligibility to practice in the state.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open, respectful communication with patients, colleagues, physicians, and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings and ensure compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Support center operations and clinical services training.

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000/year (pending experience)
