Olympia Fields Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks a Part-Time Physical Therapist I for the Outpatient Physical Therapy department in Chicago Heights, IL. Schedule: Days, Part-Time, with competitive compensation.

You will provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders, requiring a PT degree, current license, and BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate in Physical Therapy required.
• Current state Physical Therapy license required.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain.

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
• Performs responsibilities in accordance with hospital policy and licensing requirements.
