Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics Pllc is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join the outpatient team. The role involves patient assessment, developing and implementing therapy plans, and delivering direct care to outpatients.

Responsibilities include supervising licensed PTAs in accordance with the NH practice act, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with insurance and CMS regulations. A Doctorate or equivalent in Physical Therapy is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Medicine as a Physical Therapist.
• Competent in outpatient physical therapy principles.
• Strong communication and teaching skills for patient care.

Responsabilités

• Assess and reassess patient condition to develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver direct patient care and implement therapy programs for outpatients.
• Provide supervision to licensed PTAs per NH practice act and document care.
• Complete timely patient documentation and ensure compliance with CMS/insurance rules.
