Job summary

Gold Coast Physical The in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Physical Therapist to manage a new patient caseload in outpatient settings. The role involves evaluating cases, creating customized treatment plans, and ensuring smooth transitions to the clinical team.

The position requires an active Florida PT license (or eligibility), a DPT/MPT/MSPT from an accredited program, at least 5 years of clinical experience, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapy license (or eligibility).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Livescan Level 2 background screen required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patient cases & create custom treatment plans.
• Ensure smooth transition of care to clinical team.
• Complete timely & efficient documentation and billing.
• 34+ new patient evaluations/week in 1-hour blocks.
• Flexible and willing to work at any Palm Beach County location as needed (Jupiter to Boca).
