Job summary

BayCare is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist (Pool/PRN) at Bardmoor Outpatient Rehabilitation Center in Largo, FL. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master’s and Doctorate preferred.
• PT license (or eligible) to obtain required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized outpatient treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one, patient-centered PT in outpatient setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation per professional standards.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Contribute to neuro-focused services development (vestibular, gait, cognitive-motor).
• Provide clinical direction to PTAs and rehab staff.
