Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state of practice as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and delivers physical therapy programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Conducts examinations, evaluations and interventions for injury or disease.
• Documents patient information and therapeutic plans; educates patients and families.
• Demonstrates evidence-based practice and adheres to regulatory guidelines.
