Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy accredited by CAPTE (foreign equivalent accepted).
• Current Washington PT license and BLS certification required.
• Eligibility to hire with appropriate licensure and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care and treatment goals.
• Provide patient treatment according to plan of care and adjust as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure continuous patient care.
• Mentor new staff and provide clinical instruction to students.
• Participate in service development, quality improvement and education.
