Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for our Outpatient team in Kissimmee, FL. Join a patient-centered environment and collaborate with experts to deliver high-quality care and support clinician development.

You will evaluate new patients, create individualized treatment plans, and participate in implementing care programs while maintaining excellent communication with patients and the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Florida PT license is required.
• Hands-on CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete new patient evaluations and establish customized treatment plans.
• Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Promote evidence-based patient care and engage patients effectively.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with the care team.
• Implement patient care programs and contribute to Plan of Care.
