Qualifications

• Current Florida PT license.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete the new patient evaluation and establish customized treatment plans.
• Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Provide a positive patient experience through engagement and progressive treatment.
• Effectively communicate with patients verbally and in writing.
