Job summary

ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine in South Carolina is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role with a predictable schedule and collaborative team.

You will perform evaluations, develop POC, deliver evidence-informed interventions, mentor PTAs, and contribute to a growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina or compact state (or upcoming graduate).
• Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills.
• Ability to remain active — standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care (POC).
• Deliver skilled, evidence-informed interventions.
• Foster strong therapeutic alliances to promote adherence and engagement.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery expectations, and long-term self-management.
• Drive meaningful functional improvement and successful plan-of-care completion.
• Complete accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation.
