Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current South Carolina PT license or eligible.
• CPR certification.
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Responsible individual with a solid work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• New or recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply to this role.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review the physician's referral and patient records to determine required treatment.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and patient/caregiver instructions.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians during patient care.
• Develop a written plan of care and goals based on evaluation findings.
• Implement the physical therapy program and provide essential treatments.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes and reports.
