Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
• Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
• Provide appropriate care and treatment based on physician care plan and standards of care.
• Experience instructing family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in PT techniques.
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy treatments to help patients reach goals.
• Collaborate with a trained support staff and utilize state-of-the-art space and equipment.
• Mentor and support patients and caregivers to ensure effective treatment.
• Contribute to a progressive, supportive, and innovative team culture.
