Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
• Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop a treatment plan.
• Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan and policy.
• Experience instructing family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and caregivers.
• Mandatory First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications.
