Job summary

Medstaff Group in Ocala, FL is expanding its outpatient physical therapy team with a full-time, in-person role. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a community-focused clinic.

The position offers $90,000–$110,000 annually, relocation assistance, and a supportive, team-oriented culture with opportunities to grow alongside experienced clinicians. Florida licensure and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or FL license by endorsement in process)
• Current CPR certification
• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and independence
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout the course of care
• Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians on the team
• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
