Job summary

Medstaff Group in Ocala, FL is expanding its outpatient physical therapy team with a full-time, in-person role. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a community-focused clinic.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or FL license by endorsement in process)

Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNITY

A locally owned outpatient rehabilitation practice — 40 years serving Marion County across three clinics — is adding a Physical Therapist to its Ocala team.

This is not a corporate rollup or a private-equity chain. Same local ownership for four decades, an established referral base, and a group of experienced clinicians who have been with the practice a long time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and independence
