Job summary

• DPT from an accredited program and Texas licensure as a PT.
• BLS certification (AHA) preferred.
• Aquatics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes patient evaluations and reassessments per guidelines.
• Plans and implements individualized outpatient PT programs.
• Documents in EHR with high accuracy.
• Mentors less experienced staff and supports students.
• Communicates unsafe situations to supervisor.
• Engages in quality improvement activities.
