Position Summary
Provides patient care through evaluation/re-evaluation, treatment, communication, and appropriate documentation.
Participates in departmental/team/organizational quality improvement activities.
Delegates appropriate tasks to assistants, technicians, and supervises.
Responsible for education of self, peers, patients, students, community members and assists with new employee orientation.
Assists with or performs special projects and/or research.
Minimum Requirements
College Degree (4 yrs)
Major: Physical Therapy
Ten or more years of licensure.
Registration or Certification
North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy
Clinical Ladder
