Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Ambulatory - Outpatient Rehab department in Zephyrhills, FL. The role includes examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, prognosis and interventions to achieve optimal functional outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Florida Physical Therapist license (or temporary permits).
• Current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and gathers data from multiple sources.
• Develops treatment plans with specific goals.
• Demonstrates competency with equipment and explains its use.
• Treats patients appropriate to age of care.
• Re-evaluates and adjusts plans as needed.
• Considers growth and development across the lifespan.
• Documents care and billing accurately.
• Provides patient and family education as indicated.
