Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care with measurable goals.
• Treat patients and provide education on injuries and conditions; document progress and outcomes.
• Monitor responses to treatment and adjust as needed to meet goals and physician orders.
• Document evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, treatments and discharges with accuracy.
