Concord Hospital in Concord NH is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation clinic with a strong orthopedic and manual therapy program. The role focuses on one-on-one 45-minute sessions across diverse patient populations, including neuro and sports injuries, with a robust mentorship program and potential sign-on bonuses for specialized areas.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and adjusting plans, and ensuring timely documentation.

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Hampshire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 90 days of hire and recertification within 30 days of expiration.

Responsabilidades

• Performs patient evaluations and develops treatment plans within licensure and department standards.
• Re-evaluates patients and updates goals for all episodes of care.
• Maintains productive clinic flow to support patient access.
• Manages insurance and charging requirements.
• Participates in hospital/department initiatives and mentorship programs.
• Delivers high-quality patient experiences as reflected in satisfaction scores.
