Qualifications

• New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program.
• 1-3 years of experience in general orthopedics preferred, but newer grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed.
