UNC Rockingham Health Care is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist I to evaluate, treat, and educate patients with diverse diagnoses and mobility challenges. The role supports student shadowing, clinical instruction, and participates in ongoing education and outreach.

Responsibilities include documenting and billing, managing caseloads, mentoring staff, and providing clinical precepting under supervision. Licensure in NC and a PT degree are required; BLS within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Completes PT documentation, billing and statistics; manages daily caseload and productivity.
• Administers tests and measures to plan care and communicates for continuity of care.
• Mentors assistive personnel and delegates per licensing guidelines.
• Provides precepting and teaching for students and staff; offers feedback and coaching.
• Assists in planning clinical programs and participates in departmental meetings.
