UNC Health is recruiting an Outpatient Physical Therapist I to evaluate and treat patients with various conditions and to mentor students in a busy clinical setting.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, education for patients and caregivers, and active participation in departmental outreach and continuing education. This is an onsite, full-time position with a 40-hour work week and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire date.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Completes physical therapy documentation, billing, and statistics per team guidelines.
• Manages daily caseload with efficiency and efficacy; meets productivity standards.
• Administers tests and measures to establish plan of care and interventions.
• Mentors assistive personnel and delegates responsibilities per licensing board guidelines.
• Provides clinical precepting and teaching for students and staff; offers regular feedback and coaching.
• Assists in planning and coordinating clinical programs; participates in continuous improvement in clinical services.
