Job summary

ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC in Jasper, IN is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient hospital team. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise and modalities to help patients recover and return to function.

The ideal candidate holds a Indiana physical therapy license, a Bachelor's or higher in Physical Therapy, and CPR/BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Indiana.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs using therapeutic exercise and modalities.
• Review patient information, assess impact, and communicate the treatment process.
• Delegate tasks and supervise PTAs and rehab technicians; complete required documentation.
