Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ seeks a variable-shift, full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop patient-specific treatment plans.

Requirements include completion of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy Program, NJ PT license, BLS within 14 days, pelvic floor therapy proficiency, strong communication, and a patient-centered approach. Rate of pay is based on experience.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapy License is required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Proficiency in pelvic floor therapy for male and female patients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer/patient-centric attitude and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, other therapists, social workers and care team to develop a patient-specific care and treatment plan.
