Qualifications

• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Virginia license or ability to obtain it.
• Create outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans.
• Work effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and develops treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Reviews physician's referrals and medical records.
• Provides direct patient care per established protocols.
• Documents findings and patient progress.
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants.
• Completes written plans of care and develops goals.
• Implements physical therapy treatment programs.
• Communicates effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Ensures timely documentation of patient interactions.
