Professional Physical Therapy in Ridgewood, NJ is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist. This full-time role offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 and total compensation up to $120,000, commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.

New for 2026, eligible PTs can choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years, plus mentorship and residency pathways.

Qualifications

• Active (or in-progress) state PT license.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
