Professional Physical Therapy in Randolph, NJ is hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist — New-Grad Friendly, Full-Time (40 hours/week). Base salary $90,000–$100,000 with total compensation $95,000–$120,000, commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.

New for 2026: eligible PTs may elect up to $50,000 in student loan repayment (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
