Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Cartersville, GA is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to advance patient care across orthopedics, sports, pelvic, and neuro rehab.

You will impact lives through evidence-based plans, manage 10–12 patient caseloads daily, and participate in a comprehensive growth program including a six-week onboarding (Vitals+) and mentorship opportunities. Competitive salary and sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
