Job summary

PT Solutions is hiring full-time Physical Therapists in Marietta, GA to expand access to transformative care. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions within an interdisciplinary setting, delivering education and evidence-based plans tailored to each patient.

The role offers a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship, ABTPRFE‑accredited residency style programs, and in-house continuing education. A strong growth mindset and leadership pathways are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
