Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Assess and examine patients with diverse diagnoses within PT scope.
• Treat patients and educate on orthotic devices and assistive devices.
• Provide PT interventions, safety guidance and outcomes education.
• Recommend adaptive equipment for mobility and ambulation.
• Lead groups and participate in care planning meetings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain documentation.
• Supervise PTAs and ensure compliance with state guidelines.
• Contribute to budgeting, cost-saving and quality improvement.
