Tech Observer in Waco, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for outpatient care. You will conduct evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent CAPTE-accredited program (MSPT/MPT/BPT).
• Current TX PT license or eligibility to practice.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, balance, and quality of life.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
