Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current (or pending) New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.
CPR Certification required.
Experience in outpatient PT preferred (1–2 years).

Implement and modify patient-specific treatment programs.
Develop patient and family education strategies.
Document clinical findings in electronic medical records.
Complete insurance and third-party payer information.
