Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist at our Naperville, IL clinic. The role supports both full‑time and part‑time schedules while delivering high‑quality rehabilitative care to patients in a leading orthopedic program.

You will assess and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with physicians to optimize outcomes in a respected multispecialty setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient and gathers information to determine accurate diagnoses and treatment plan.
• Establishes goals based on clinical examination.
• Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
• Provide exceptional patient care and service.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients and staff to foster a positive work environment.
• Cultivate relationships with patients and the community.
• Communicate with referring physicians to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain patient charts and clinical records for compliance.

Education

PT degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate)

Illinois PT license
