Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Concord, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team with flexible part-time or full-time schedules, Monday-Friday. The clinic emphasizes patient-first care and a supportive culture.

You will evaluate and treat a broad range of outpatient conditions, develop individualized plans, and document in our EMR, collaborating with a team dedicated to outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program (required).
• Active NC PT license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• Strong clinical reasoning and confidence treating a diverse patient population.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform CPR and emergency first aid.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of outpatient conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Document care accurately and efficiently in our EMR system.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and communicate clearly with patients and caregivers.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience that keeps referrals coming back.
