NovaCare Rehabilitation in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join our team. This salaried role starts at $68,000 and up, commensurate with experience, plus a Student Loan Repayment Program.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, documenting care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday with 2–3 evenings until 7 pm, offering a stable work-life rhythm and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
