Job summary

Career Links is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient clinical setting. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore functional independence for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current State PT License (or eligibility for licensure).

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations to determine patients’ functional status and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment programs to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinic and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain compliance with state practice laws, professional standards, and clinic policies.
