ProgressiveHealth is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Union Hospital Therapy, LLC in Terre Haute, IN. The role focuses on outpatient clinical care, providing therapeutic services and coverage for outpatient divisions.

Both experienced OTs and new graduates are welcome to apply, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• State licensure, certification, and registration in good standing or ability to obtain.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start of employment; maintain proof.
• Advanced education/certification in neuro care or sports medicine is a bonus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout shift.
• Professionalism in written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills with databases and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment for patients with injuries or diseases to restore function and relieve pain.
• Maintain high-quality clinical care and patient/physician satisfaction.
• Aim for 75%+ patient care time (unadjusted) in inpatient settings.
• Understand inpatient acute goals and optimize length of stay, plan transitions safely.
• Collaborate with other therapists within care pathways as needed.
• Promote teamwork, efficiency, and positive unit/company image.
• Maintain documentation for discharge planning and time capture.
