Condor Spine and Orthopaedics in Sarasota, FL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based rehabilitation strategies to improve function and quality of life.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators, maintain thorough documentation, and pursue ongoing education to stay at the forefront of orthopedic and spinal rehabilitation.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to create dynamic treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with patients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities using evidence-based protocols.
• Develop and clearly communicate individualized treatment plans to patients and families.
• Implement effective treatment protocols and adapt approaches as needed.
• Engage in multidisciplinary consultations to modify plans as patient conditions evolve.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily notes and discharge evaluations.
• Manage patient schedules, meet productivity expectations, and participate in community marketing.
