Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree (Physical Therapy) required.
• Active Physical Therapist License required.
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• 1 year experience required for Resource Pool applicants.
• For Hampton Roads Outpatient facilities only - Direct Access certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehab programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
