Job summary

Hulsey Therapy Services, part of H2 Health, seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient clinics in Greenville or Commerce, TX. You’ll evaluate patients, design care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to restore mobility and function.

Preference for DPT/MSPT/MPT/BPT graduates with Texas licensure. Competitive compensation with benefits and a team-focused, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

DPT or equivalent CAPTE-accredited PT degree.
Current Texas PT license or eligibility.
CPR certification.
New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function.
Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation to streamline documentation.
Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically 10–12 visits per day.
Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care.
