Hulsey Therapy Services, part of H2 Health, seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient clinics in Greenville or Commerce, TX. You’ll evaluate patients, design care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to restore mobility and function.

Hulsey Therapy Services, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in either Greenville or Commerce, Texas. As the largest outpatient therapy provider in Hunt County, our team serves a diverse patient population with a wide range of orthopedic, post-surgical, musculoskeletal, mobility, and functional rehabilitation needs. Both the Commerce and Greenville clinics are equipped with indoor heated aquatic therapy pools, AlterG® anti-gravity treadmills, and advanced rehabilitation equipment to support exceptional patient outcomes. Your Role:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.

• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.

• Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.

• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.

• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.

• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.

• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.

• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
