Qualifications

• Successful completion of a physical therapy program from an approved school.
• Licensed in the State of Washington as a physical therapist.
• Health Care Provider CPR certification.
• Current Washington state driver’s license.
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience.
• Experience with frail or elderly population preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.
• Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function and maintain maximum performance.
• Observe, record and report the patient’s reaction to treatment and any changes in condition.
• Instruct and advise patients, family and health team members in the phases of physical therapy.
• Evaluate and regularly re-evaluate.
